Do You Have Order Minimums?
Yes, for these services
12 Piece Minimums on:
- Screen Printed apparel per design, garment style/color
- Transfers only – screen print, dtf or rhinestone
10 Piece Minimums on:
- DTF Printed apparel per design, garment style/color
- 1 color Decals (up to 12″ x 5″)
- Some promotional items (call us)
No minimums required on:
- Rhinestone apparel
- Heat Pressed Vinyl apparel
- Large Decals i.e. wall, auto or specialty large graphics
- Signs, banners or custom flags
What's Your Turn Around Time?
While our goal is to complete & deliver your goods as soon as possible, our standard turn around, from full payment made, is 7-10 business days.
To ensure we meet your deadlines, please make sure to check all emails regarding mock approvals, deposit due dates etc. to begin processing your order.
Artwork - what format is acceptable?
Resolution & Preferred File Type
- 300 dpi, 150 dpt at minimum
- .ai (illustrator), .cdr (coreldraw), .eps
- pdf/png (high resolution)
- jpegs are not encouraged but will be accepted at a high resolution.
Fonts/Text
- Converted to Outlines (using illustrator); Objects ( using CorelDraw)
If fonts can’t be converted, please include the name of the font used. Fonts requiring purchase will be invoiced to you.
My artwork needs to be redrawn or cleaned up, can you do that?
Yes we can! We can clean up your existing artwork or recreate it from scratch.
Artwork fees start at $50 p/hr and will be credited towards your order of $200 or more.
How many colors can you print?
Screen Print – up to 6 colors, 7 max
Heat Press Vinyl – up to 6 (we can go as far as 10 but it’s more economical for you to keep it at no more than 4)
DTF & other digital prints – unlimited
Do you offer Pantone color matching?
Yes we do! Just provide us with your Hex or Pantone color for your logo or design when requesting a quote.
Pantone color matching is $20 per color
What type of ink do you use?
Plastisol is the primary ink, using primary colors. Pantone color matching, (see above q&a)
We offer specialty inks such as waterbase, puff, glow-in-the-dark, glitter & neons upon request & a slight upcharge.
Discharge is not offered at this time but we’ll keep you posted when it is 🙂
I have my own garments, will you print on them?
Generally, the answer is no. Why?
Well for a couple of reasons…ok 3
- Our work is guaranteed using items that we’re familiar with using within our vendor network.
- There’s a 3% spoilage rate to cover replacing your garments, per size & color should there be any errors or misprints.
- Truthfully, you’re not saving that much $. We have plenty of vendors with discounted rates to get you the best pricing.
However, if you’re ok with all of the above, give us a call & we’ll discuss the options.
Do you ship internationally?
No we don’t. But as soon as it becomes available, you’ll be the 1st to know.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is determined by:
- the shirt style you choose
- method of print
- quantity ordered
- number of print locations
- number of colors in your design
*Shipping: Orders 5lbs or less will be shipped USPS, 1st class. Items 6lbs or more will be shipped UPS Ground. If requested, items can be shipped by FedX, UPS 2-day or UPS 3-day at an upcharge.
